OPERATOR RESOURCES / GUIDE
Choose evidence over headline numbers.
A provider shortlist should connect commercial fit with technical and operational evidence. The best choice for a particular operator depends on its markets, wallet design and support requirements; there is no universal winner based on catalog size.
AT A GLANCE
How should an operator choose a casino game provider?
Compare the permitted game package, market fit, wallet behavior, failure recovery, reporting and support ownership using the same requirements sheet. A public title count alone does not establish that a supplier fits an operator’s deployment.

Start with a comparable requirements sheet
List permitted markets, product categories, language needs, reporting currency and target devices. Ask every candidate to answer the same questions and distinguish confirmed support from planned support. Treat a game-level package list as more useful than an undated headline count. Record the source and review date so the shortlist can be updated without repeating the research.
Examine delivery and financial behavior
Request the official session and wallet documentation, including example failures. Compare how each supplier handles duplicate transactions, reversals, stalled sessions and reporting corrections. Ask how long transaction history remains retrievable and which identifiers support reconciliation. The evaluation should cover both the normal user journey and the recovery journey.
Make commercial terms measurable
Confirm fees, reporting intervals, settlement obligations, game removal notice and support escalation. Have the authorized business and legal teams review the actual contract for the intended deployment. Avoid translating a supplier marketing phrase into a binding technical promise; ask for the relevant specification or service term.
Use a decision record
Write down why a candidate fits the launch scope, which evidence supports the decision and which conditions remain open. A smaller initial package can simplify testing and support. Link the decision to your sandbox acceptance results and reconciliation runbook so later expansion is based on demonstrated behavior.
