OPERATOR RESOURCES / GUIDE
Choose the model before choosing the catalog.
White-label, turnkey and aggregation describe different delivery scopes, although suppliers use the terms differently. Evaluate the actual contract and operating responsibilities instead of assuming that the label tells you who owns the platform or its obligations.
AT A GLANCE
How do white-label, turnkey and aggregation differ?
White-label commonly adapts an existing operating package, turnkey commonly supplies a broader platform setup, and aggregation focuses on game content delivery. Terms vary by supplier, so compare the actual responsibilities and contract.

White-label: an existing operating package
A white-label offer commonly combines an existing platform with branding and a defined set of services. Determine which party manages player accounts, payments, support and compliance processes. Confirm what can be customized and whether data can be exported if the relationship ends. Do not assume licensing or market access is included without reviewing the actual agreement.
Turnkey: a broader setup package
A turnkey proposal commonly covers a platform deployment and supporting components. Its boundaries vary: hosting, payments, risk tooling and operating services may be included or separate. Ask for a responsibility matrix that identifies the owner of each component and every recurring task after launch. A ready-to-configure platform still needs operational readiness.
Aggregation: the content delivery layer
An aggregation service focuses on connecting multiple game suppliers through a common interface or operating relationship. It does not automatically replace the player account system, payments or operator controls. Examine wallet compatibility, supplier-level incident handling and market-specific game availability. A catalog preview alone is not an aggregation service.
Compare exit and change costs
Evaluate data portability, integration ownership and the ability to change suppliers. Ask how a provider withdrawal affects live sessions and reporting. Compare the total work across launch, routine operations and migration. Document these differences before optimizing for the fastest initial setup.
